Q: How do I take Aloha Seven?
Speak with your practitioner. Take 1-2 ml (2-4 squeezes) preferably in a 6 oz glass of good quality water (or juice) 4-8 times daily to start with. If detoxification reactions occur, reduce dose by half. If they are still present reduce by half again. After a few days increase dose to 2-3 ml per glass of water if there are no detox reactions. Reduce dose after one month if so desired to 1ml 3-4 times daily. Crystallization may occur – this is normal. Gently shake before use.
